We collect this information so we can respond to your question comments or query. We will process your information so that we may answer this to your satisfaction. We will keep a record of all contact which we may profile so we can improve the quality of the information on our website.

The Mobile Corvus Application collects data from devices on behalf of our corporate customers. This data is not shared with Bluestar Software Ltd nor is it held on and Bluestar Software infrastructure. Data collected can include:

Photographs / Images from the camera.
Speech from the microphone.
Location from the GPS. This will be used to provided location based content.
IP Addresses of the mobile device. These will be recorded within the immutable audit as a log of all the users actions.

This data is held by our customers and subject to their retention and access policies. Customers are law enforcement agencies allowed to record personal and other data items in support of legitimate policing purposes. Users will be authorised personnel and subject to appropriate use monitoring.
