support to customers, including regular on-site visits, telephone
support and our on-line support system 'Support-Link'.
Bluestar Support-Link offers 7 day a week, 24
hour access for call logging, progress updates and other support
resources. Support-Link is offered free of charge to any and all
customers with a current support agreement in place.
Support-Link provides a secure web-based support
tracking system that both Bluestar and our customers use for raising
and tracking any fault reports, change requests, questions or comments.
The system provides customers with a simple interface
enabling the quick and easy raising of any type of issue that requires
tracking. The system sends automated email alerts when Bluestar
technicians respond to support requests and customers can see at
a glance any outstanding support requests.
Support-Link also includes a Knowledge Base of
useful product information, release notes, past issues or FAQ's
(Frequently Asked Questions).
