A personalised module for each individual user
showing their Duty Roster on a monthly basis. The screens also show

Cover Group Availability
This module produces a calendar chart showing
cover group availability by Rank, Name and Badge number for a given
area. For example, area commanders may use this module to check
or plan for leave requests as it enables them to see at a glance
who is available to cover for absent staff.
Officer Availability
This module is designed to provide senior managers
with information regarding Officer Availability on a weekly basis
at every level from Force to Local Crime Unit. This is similar to
the Duty Roster module but allows senior staff to view duty roster
information for all officers under their command. |

Officer Skills
An organisation of thousands may still contain
only a small number of individuals with specialist up-to-date skills.
This search interface provides a convenient way to find personnel
with a variety of skills and training for a particular task. The
module also lists the availability of staff with the appropriate
skills as well as full contact details. Expired qualifications can
be included and typically assigned a lower priority. |

Officer Search
A single screen that allows for searching on either
collar number or surname. Search results will produce information
on Officer Name/Rank, Force, Area, Department, Station and Section
as well as details of the officer's current duty roster. This provides
a simple mechanism for contacting individuals as required. |

MG10 Document Production
The Corvus engine can provide a range of standard
documentation. One example is the generation of a standard MG10
form for court availability.
This feature can be used individually or in conjunction
with the court availability module. |

Court Availability
Organising officer attendance at court can be
a complex, time consuming and costly task. Allocating a court date
that is not suitable for the officers in question impacts on scheduling
for both courts and police, causing a variety of problems.
Court Availability allows Courts or Criminal Justice
Units to instantly see the dates that are most suitable for officers
to attend court based upon weightings applied to certain duty states.
Once the most appropriate dates are confirmed the officers required
can be automatically sent a request via email, saving both time
and money. |

Management Information
In a large organisation, determining the exact
numbers of personnel available at individual locations is a difficult
exercise. This is particularly true when considering leave, sickness,
training and external commitments, such as court appearances. The
Management Information module allows supervisors to quickly see
the numbers of officers available at a given date and time.
This feature can be extremely valuable when planning
for major events within the location. |
